Courses, workshops and staff development
Academic and professional service staff equally impact the staff and student experience - from teaching (face-to-face and online) to designing learning materials, VLEs, student and staff systems and responding to experiential data. Indeed, for students the PTES, NSS and module/course evaluations are great ways to provide feedback. For staff, appraisals and institutional surveys are key vehicles.
All of the above can result in additional staff development and CPD opportunities, ranging from 1:1 support for an individual to targeted team activities to address feedback from staff/students in a strategic and impactful manner. We have a range of solutions, drawing from decades of experiences, to support institutions to engage and succeed in this key area of activity.
We can work with you to design, develop and deliver staff CPD from 1:1s to full programmes of targeted activity.

Important to higher education is (1) supporting students to develop ethical AI skills linked to future employability and good academic practice and (2) supporting staff to design authentic assessment. We can offer 1:1 or group workshops to help and inform the design and delivery of teaching as well as assessment.
